The staff were not coeliac educated but when I spoke to the chef Suraj, he totally understood the coeliac requirements, and even explained in detail all the lengths he went to to ensure avoiding cross contamination. He looked really pleased when he could see my relieved excitement. I would recommend speaking to the cheff and bypassing the wait staff.
