Went for dinner. Knowledgeable waitress. Clearly marked GF on menu and a couple - not a ton- but a range of choices. It was Taco night and not GF marked on that special menu but waitress was able to explain what options had least chance of cross contamination. They had corn tortillas.

Roc & Olive is perfect for date night, family dinner or girls’ night out. They have a gf crust for their flatbreads. Many entrees are gf (the braised short rib is a must try). And lastly, their taco Tuesday is surprisingly fantastic for more of an American food vibe. You just have to make sure they have the corn tortillas available! (One of my waitresses got an employee to run out and grab more corn tortillas nearby because they had run out and I had wanted tacos. Ty to her!!)

Had the braised short rib here a few months ago! Was very good and did not get sick however the waitress had no clue about gluten and it seemed like she really wasn’t sure about cross contamination or anything.

Lots of gf options on the menu and everything was delicious. I got a salad w grilled salmon. It was great.
Roc & Olive labels their menu GF for gluten free. For lunch I had a flatbread and it was delicious. I had no issues with cross-contamination, and I’ll definitely be back soon.
