The pizza was the best I have had since finding out I was coeliac. Such an amazing meal and menu with so much of it gluten free. The head chefs wife is coeliac so there is great understanding of cross contamination. From separate preparation areas to different colour plates for easy identification. The in house recipe for the pizza base is simply amazing. The desert menu was also amazing with gelato and cannoli. By far the best meal I have had out since finding out I was coeliac.
