As far as I know, the only protocols the kitchen has are changing gloves, dumping the water from regular noodles, and marking the food GF. I’m not sure if they clean the area before preparing the food or if they have a dedicated space for GF.
The noodles were made perfectly, and I had so much left over that I made a second meal! I could hardly tell the difference in the GF noodles they were so good!
