My server knew what celiac disease is and was able to recommend pizza as the safest option. It tasted good and I did not get sick. Also, they are very dog-friendly.
Staff is great, very reassuring with menu knowledge. They said the owner’s wife has celiacs so they have a lot of great options on the menu. And gluten feee beers! I love the Redbridge Sorghum beer. Favorite app is the blue cheese and bacon flatbread- it’s not listed as GF but can be done on the GF crust. Still researching gluten safety with eating dates though...
The best gluten free pizza in town! Gluten free bread for their sandwiches is excellent as well. Menu has menu gluten free items, but there is a disclaimer about possible contamination. I've been coming here for years without any problems.

Although it looks good on paper with several GF items on the menu, the food is of poor quality and subject to cross contamination. None of the dishes my party tried were up to standard, will not return.
Best gluten free pizza around. The large pizza is much BIGGER and about the same price as the other local places.
Very good GF pizza, just a little pricey. It was about $16 for a small individual. Luckily its a large portion and serves 2. GF ciders too.

Guessing they no longer have separate fryer, or maybe my server was being extra safe.
When I ordered GF bun, he asked celiac or preference? I said celiac then he steered me away from anything in fryer, madee some other side suggestions.

Had a burger with the basics (lettuce, tomato, pickles, etc.) and a gf bun. Side was veggies and had a side salad without the croutons. Avoided ANYTHING that may have touched the fryers (even bacon). I also had a kind server that said she made them change their gloves and everything. 🙂
Ended up being a great night and good food.
Asked the server about the fryer for the fries and he knew immediately that it was gluten free. They offer gluten free buns and lettuce wraps for the burgers. Also you can swap corn tortillas or lettuce wrap for the tacos. They have a couple gf beers and I got the pineapple cider which is gf. The server also marked my order with a gluten allergy so the kitchen was careful and I didn’t have any issues. I’m not celiac but I do have a pretty sensitive gluten allergy.
This was my 2nd time visiting this location and both times the wait staff made sure the kitchen crew understood the severity of my Celiac. I had gf pizza both times and loved it!
Located inside the casino. I played it safe and ordered the Strawberry Fields salad (it was very good) I also was excited to have a Glutenberg pale ale along with it. Good spot in a pinch, too bad they don't have a dedicated fryer. But it was nice to have a safe beer while I was on the casino floor.
