Rock Harbor Grill

Probably the worst service I've ever experienced in a restaurant. I was assured over the phone that it would be no problem to make a GF, soy-free meal for me, but when we arrived the manager was called to the table to help decipher my needs. He suggested the lobster mac and cheese...Huh? I didn't get sick, but none of us enjoyed our food and no one was even asked if they wanted anything further. Avoid at all costs!

No gluten free menu and even though they promised they could make anything gf, they lied. I was sick the entire next day. Not going back!

Horrible service and a general lack of regard for how serious contamination can be.

Have not eaten here but their web site and literature indicate they make gluten free meals on request.
