They have a separate gluten free frier. Staff very knowledgeable and careful about keeping food safe. I had a burger on lettuce with fries and it was delicious.

The owner and his daughter were awesome about explaining everything and making sure I felt comfortable. They don't have GF buns, but they do have a GF fryer and the food is excellent!
