Very few items marked GF on menu. Asked about how the rice is prepped (malt vs rice vinegar) and the manager said the kitchen gave him a confused look and didn't know what I was talking about. Nothing is prepared on separate lines or equipment. Manager was very nice and apologetic, sadly I couldn't eat here as it is not safe for Celiac.
