Went there and was told none of their food is safe to eat for people who are allergic or have celiacs.
The server was knowledgeable, but told me that the “dedicated” fryer does sometimes have gluten items put in it when they get busy, so I did not feel comfortable eating any of their chips or fries. The dog I got was good and did not make me sick, though the gluten free bun disintegrated pretty quickly. I also got a side salad and they brought it with croutons the first time which had to be corrected.

This place is great and is knowledgeable about cross-contamination. They have gluten free hot dog buns and bread and almost everything can be adapted to be gluten free. Their homemade potato chips even have their own fryer😊.
Talked to the owner or chef and they seemed to know all about cross contamination. Used a clean area to fry the bread and bacon. Best sandwich I've had in a very long time!!!!

Awesome place. They have GF hot dog buns and sandwich bread, as well as GF and reduced gluten beers.
Great place if you are craving a hot dog or sandwich. I had the gluten free bread today on their California turkey sandwich and it was amazing!
