Placed an order for take out, avocado bruschetta from the “gluten conscious” menu which came with corn chips and advised the staff it was a severe gluten allergy (often easier than explaining Celiac). My mom ordered the same dish from the regular menu that came with pita bread. Both orders arrived with pita bread and we returned one reiterating the need for no gluten. Long wait and was then given a new box, took it to go only to later find it was toasted bread. Yes, should have checked before I left the restaurant because I couldn’t confirm it was GF bread and/or whether it was put in a shared toaster. The bruschetta mixture was great but disappointing overall.
The gluten conscious menu offers many GF items but notes that the fryer is shared, which eliminates about 80% of menu options for those with Celiac.

Don’t have a dedicated fryer so calamari is not gf. I had a salad and it was really good. My daughter had the steak. The server was knowledgeable and they said they had gf buns for the burgers
