Lots of GF options here as like many BBQ places - most of the meats and sides are GF (except obvious things like mac n cheese etc). Unsure of cross-contact measures. Nice and busy, but the meats weren't all that juicy (but certainly not terrible!)

Rocklands has been hit or miss. Sometimes I feel fine after eating and other times I've been seriously sick so now I avoid. Last time I was there I noted that they reheat their meat on the same grill used to toast buns. Pretty sure it's been cross contamination every time. Meat and everything is technically gfree but prep is not.

I dont think there BBQ is very good. Fun local hangout with great outdoor space.

I eat here weekly because it's good, quick and majority of items are gluten free! Try the collard greens!
