This place is amazing. Very warm staff. Great gluten free options. Breaded chicken tender bites were so good!!! The meatloaf is delish!
Great neighborhood spot with lots of options and separate place for gluten free
They take extra care with cross contact and maintain a gluten free fryer for some items. Servers are well trained.

We carry the OMG Gluten Free 4.5" bun as a substitution for any of our burgers or sandwiches. We make our own corn tortilla chips and have corn tortillas available for the many taco options available on our menu. We use a Gluten Free dredge for our Chicken tender bites, buttermilk fried chicken and Texas Haystack (roasted jalapeno marinated onion frizzles). Unfortunately we can't claim that our fryer is celiac friendly because we make our signature Louisiana eggrolls with an eggroll wrapper that contains gluten. I will make mention that family member near and dear to the restaurant that has 5 of 7 markers for celiac can eat from our shared fryer.

Came in on St Patrick’s day and indulged in GF fries AND fried chicken - and a gf cider. So delish!
Good bar food and the gf options are easily marked and identified.
Never had a problem before tonight and we’re regulars, ordering at least once a week.
Partner with celiac got very ill from a special they said was gluten free. Angering and sad that places we deemed safe and trustworthy to mess up.
I go here often and can say I have never been glutened in the year I have been going here. The owner’s wife has celiac and they revamped the menu recently. Everything is delicious and can be altered as needed. I did get a side salad with a crouton once but they fixed it right away and got me a fresh salad. This place is very busy but they do their best that you have a great experience. Menu is clearly marked with what is gf as well!
While they have a bunch of gluten free options their service is horrible. It took a very long time to get our food and it did not taste good. I asked about the fries and whether they were gluten free and they said they’d come back with more information. They never came back but brought my burger out with the fries and didn’t stay long enough for me to ask. The gluten free bun was two bottom pieces and a crumbly mess
I had not eaten at Rockwell's in many years due to dietary restrictions. It seems like they've changed their menu and they now offer many delicious gluten free options that are safe for those with serious gluten intolerance and Celiac Disease! Gluten free/dairy free buns, dedicated fryer, and other accommodations. I was really happy to enjoy fish and chips on Friday evening!

Daughter needs to do an elimination diet and we saw the other review stating that almost everything can be made gf. They’re correct! Went last night and was surprised to how many things — even the fried foods — are gf. So good to know that we can keep going to one of our favorite places.
Eaten here numerous times and always have a safe and tasty experience. Owner's wife is celiac and most of the food can be gf by substituting the bun. Fries do share a fryer with the louisiana egg rolls but I eat them constantly and never get sick. I would highly recommend the fish tacos (ask for corn tortillas), cheddar fries, and gf chicken tender bites! Great drink selection as well.
