Delicious chocolate! The owner is celiac so makes sure there GF options! I went for the rocky ridge with gf cookies! Lovely! Want to go again!

Everything that is in display that was made on-site is safe! We spoke to the owner … who is the chocolate maker (and a celiac!)… it’s all safe! She uses kinniknick’s Graham crumbs, gf Rice Krispies, GF ice cream cone to decorate birthday Carmel apple. My son and I are celiac … never can have a bears claw chocolate in Banff … we both got the similar item here ‘pecan mogul’ and my son got an extra treat for later. Reminder **this company in other locations is not safe** as we were to one in Vancouver and everything had gluten! It’s FERNIE that has celiac and has just changed simple things to make it safe.

Had caramel apples and fudge! Staff was VERY knowledgeable about celiac. Was told that day that all the caramel apples were GF and two staff went together to read all the ingredients to the fudge to make sure it was safe too. We were told the owner had celiac disease, but we didnt confirm that. Excellent service and to die for fudge and caramel apples!!!

Edit to add another review 6 mths later. Excellent service with very known staff. Owner is infact celiac. Was assured they take great care not to contaminate their chocolate. The graham crumbs are also gf. Their caramel apples are amazing!
