Really great food! I originally ordered the pork ramen gluten free (they use rice noodles) and another person I was with ordered regular chicken ramen. The server mixed the two up and made the chicken ramen GF. I didn’t want to send it back so I ate it and it was very good! They take precautions and are aware of GF, hence GF options on the menu.

Excellent food. Had the rice bowl with pork which was delicious. Uses tamari sauce not soy so almost everything is gf.

The staff was very knowledgeable about allergen options. The menu is mostly GF or able to me made GF. They hand make corn tortillas which are incredible (they brought this as a substitute for tortilla chips, which are not GF). I had GF ramen with rice noodles

Food was very good. Knowledgeable staff. The whole menu was pretty much GF. Cool vibe with a different mix of food kinda like a cross between Mexico and Tokyo
