I spoke with owner and Chef Ayala during my first visit. He said always ask and they can work to try and make things as GF as possible. He is knowledge about cross-contamination. The limo saltado can be made with GF soy sauce but the fries are not dedicated. I watched one if the young girls change her gloves before getting my celiac wife's corn tortillas so it is clear the chef is training his staff. I look forward to returning.
