They have a sin gluten menu for celiac, which is limited but tasty. They toast them in a shared oven, but keep the paper wrapper on to avoid contamination. I am celiac and did not get sick!

Super tasty. They don't have many options, only three flavors. They prepare/heat the sandwiches in a paper wrapping to ensure it's gluten free.

They have three different sandwiches (ham & cheese, bacon, and turkey). The bread was very fluffy. I only tried the one with ham but I can definitely recommend it

They were very good and had a little menu of what was “sin gluten”. The sandwich bread wasn’t the best I’ve ever had, but it was deff still good. I had the bacon cheese and bbq sandwich! I’d go back. Good price too!

Celiac menu, basically grilled cheeses and meats on sandwich bread. It's grilled in parchment paper to avoid from cross contamination. Sit down or carry out. Reasonably priced and there are lots of locations in Madrid.
