This is one of my favorite dining experiences since having to go 100% gluten free. It's one of the few places where I feel like a normal person and don't have to explain my dietary needs and grill the staff to make sure they understand cross contamination. It's like a breath of fresh air. All the meats are gluten free, and the salad bar is clearly marked with most of the options being gluten free. The food is delicious and it's a fun environment.
All 95% gluten free (even advertised online). The review below is incorrect. I have Celiac Disease and I have eaten here a few times. They are knowledgeable on cross contamination, the salad bar is well kept up so I feel comfortable eating from it. There are maybe 5 items in total that has gluten that are even prepared, and the staff have stated they prepare it all in clean areas and there is no cross contamination between dishes.
Fabulous service. 65% gluten free. Also has allergen book to search for dairy and soy free. Was very happy with it although a little pricey. Still it was worth it for a great!!

Great selection of gluten free on the salad bar and all the meats that come around are gluten free. The Brazilian bread is also gluten free. Lunch / brunch meal and salad bar only dining options are both very reasonably priced if you are looking for a cheaper option. The full meal dinner is definitely worth the cost and a fun experience.
I have eaten here several times and always had a great experience. All meats are GF. Items on the salad bar and hot food buffet are clearly marked. Brazilian Steakhouses are a fun dining experience.

Great salad bar! I don't eat a lot of meat so I didn't think this place would be that fitting for me since I'm normally not a fan of salad bars either. But this salad bar is worth it! It has a lot of good stuff that will definitely be an enjoyable meal both if you're gluten free, or vegan, or both. It also has quite a lot of meat options in the salad bar also.
Excellent GF establishment. All meats are GF most everything is on the salad bars. And everything is labeled GF. Management is awesome and very knowledgeable, the chef will even come talk to you if you need the to for extra confirmation. Highly safe and recommend
Meats were pretty good. I got limited things from the buffet. I did not get anything with gluten next to it. Everything is labeled on the buffet if gf. All the meats and everything from the grill is gf except for the garlic bread. Overall pretty good. I asked them to get me some cheese bread from the back since it was btwn regular bread and they made me a whole plate of fresh ones!
