Unfortunately the servers and the chef is not trained in Gluten. When I asked if the enchiladas had any gluten I received a strange look and a shrug of the shoulders. When I asked if she could ask the chef she did so reluctantly who then said he didn’t know as they purchased their tortillas from somewhere else. I assume the corn will be fine but still upsetting the lack of understanding in the year 2022.
