Rokaru Shabu Shabu

They have a couple of gluten free broths and many vegetables and meats and even zucchini noodles! I asked if the sauces they have out on the table is gluten free but the waitress had to go back to ask and said it wasnt. She offered me gluten free soy sauce instead which I took because I need sauce with everything lol. Also in the end of your meal, they give you a complimentary dessert (ice cream/soft serve) which isn’t gluten free since I asked and she said “I don’t think so.” Bummer since I need sweets after my meal but it’s okay. I definitely think they could train their staff about food allergies/diets/restrictions but other than that it was good!

The staff here is very accommodating and good at checking whether dishes are GF or not. They only have a few options for broths but many options for meats, veg, and starches.

Delicious shabu shabu with a few GF broth options, vegetarian/vegan friendly platters including zucchini ramen! The wait-staff was very considerate about checking ingredients when they weren't sure about sauces (no GF options there unfortunately) Very happy we found this place.
