Are very knowledgeable about gluten free fish options, sauces, and more (including gluten free soy sauce). I’ve never been in a poke/sushi place with so many gluten free options.

The poke and sushi are always fresh and made to request. The miso is gluten free (the owner checked the label for me) and he carries gluten free soy sauce. Love this place!
