Review of Roll Play Vietnamese Grill

DON’T eat here! I have Celiacs, and I tried this place today. All of their meat is marinated in soy sauce (with wheat), except their tofu. I asked one of the employees about it and he assured me that the pho will be gluten free if I order it with tofu. Well, I ate several bites before I realized that the tofu is fried, and I realized afterward their frier is shared with other gluten - containing foods! The broth bases are all gluten free, as are the toppings so if you’re looking for a no protein option it might work for you. Otherwise I would look elsewhere.
