I asked if their chicken Pho was gluten free. The staff serving simply said, ‘I can make it gf for you’. And she did. Simply replaced the noodles with vermicelli rice noodles. Delicious! They have some gf rice paper rolls too but you need to ask which ones. Vietnamese cuisine is such a life saver for coeliacs. I’m grateful we have so much Vietnamese food in Australia 🙏🏼
