Review of Rollin Roots

This place is a good truck, but we just tried their soft open wing at their new hard location at 8665 Miralani Dr. The food is all vegan, and the portions are HUGE. We went because their online menu highlighted their gluten free menu, including a dedicated frier; all of their entrees can usually be made as a sandwich (not GF), a rice bowl, or loaded fries, and all of their sides are normally gluten free. when we got there it seemed like they had only planned to offer their sandwiches for their soft opening, but the owner was nice enough to whip up a plate of loaded fries for my celiac husband and it was delicious! We will definitely go back and try all their GF sides when they settle in in a week or two. Their new shared location also shared space with serpentine cider, which offers gluten free cider and Meade.
