Update: I had an issue with my last order. A new accidentally used the wrong shrimp in my bowl and I got glutened. So be sure if you order gluten free shrimp it should be the shrimp that looks like little fried nuggets not long pieces. I’m not sure if the app will let me change my stars. I’ve probably eaten from here 5 times and this was the first issue but it was a big one.

Amazing gluten free sushi. I haven’t had any issues with them. They offer gluten free soy sauce. You can also pay a little more for coconut aminos instead.
