Review of Roll'n Pin Café & Grille

I was attending a conference at a hotel across the street. At lunch, we chose this restaurant because it was close. When we arrived, I asked for a gluten-free menu, and they didn't have one. I told them I had Celiac's disease and ordered a salad. I had a question on the dressing. The waiter didn't know the answer, but said he would check. He came back quickly and let me know the dressing would be OK for me. Shortly thereafter, the manager came out 3 different times to ask me about things. They prepared my salad apart from everyone else's food and absolutely went out of their way to accommodate me. So, while they don't have a specific gluten-free menu, the staff really seems to understand those with food allergies and will do whatever it takes to ensure a pleasant dining experience.Without a doubt, this was the absolute best experience I have ever had at a restaurant since being diagnosed.This would be a regular for me, if I only lived 800 miles closer.
