We tried Roma after hearing that the owner had opened his own restaurant after leaving Isola. The menu is clearly marked for what is and isn’t GF. Our 2 celiacs both ordered the filet mignon medium rare and they arrived slightly over cooked and one was bizarrely cold. Flavor was reported as good, so not sure what happened. No deserts are GF which is a disappointment. Glad to have another option on the island.

While they do have gluten free symbols on the menu- my chicken and as served raw and my guest had burnt food…. not sure… use caution.

Roma has gluten-free symbols on the menu for which dishes can and cannot be made GF. We went to this restaurant about 5 times because we loved the menu so much. The multiple choices for gluten-free options were amazing!
Insider Tip: Roma Cucina and Mr Chow Asian Fusion share a restaurant space in Maho. Two different restaurant kitchens, but they share the same bar. If you sit at the bar or the tables near the bar, you can order from each restaurant’s food + drink menu. Access to two restaurants under one roof gives you many dishes to choose from; pasta, risotto, salads, poke bowls, etc!
