We were given a GF allergen menu. We ordered the GF Fettuccini Alfredo for our son. The waiter came back and told us they no longer had the GF pasta. They should remove the GF options from the allergen menu if they are no longer carrying it. This was the only reason we came since we had a gift card for MG and 3 other restaurants owned by the group.
Used to eat GF pasta here all the time. Last week it was still on the menu so we ordered it. 10 mins later we were told they no longer carry it. Waiter didn't know either. We will not go back even for the family members that are not GF
menu says they have gluten free pasta, but found out 15 minutes after I ordered it, that they no longer have gluten free pasta. The only other option was a salad. Definitely not gluten free friendly,.

Knowledgeable and concerned about all food allergies. I went with a friend who had a peanut allergy, and the waiter was very helpful and conscientious of both of our meals, and the manager kept a careful eye on our entrees, as well. I felt safe eating here!
Yes
Amazing!! The staff is incredibly knowledgable and management kept double checking to make sure we were satisfied! I'll definitely be back!
They have a large gluten free menu. Was able to build my own pasta dish with gluten free penne, garlic cream sauce, chicken, and vegs. It is a little overpriced but worth it in my mind. The only part that sucked was watching others eat their yummy bread at the beginning of dinner.
Our waitress was super knowledgeable about which dishes were gluten free or not. She was recommending me some dishes and even said they had gluten free penne! So I got gf penne with their pesto and roasted chicken. It was delicious but about 1-2 hours after, I felt sick. Bloated, congested and nauseous. I had no appetite for about 10 hours, which is very unlikely because I’m a snacker. It could’ve been cross contamination but I’m not sure because I didn’t ask. It’s also kind of hard to eat at places like this where mostly all of their dishes contain gluten (besides their fish/steak) :/ but overall customer service was great but I wouldn’t recommend to eat here if you’re in the mood for pasta.

The food was great, the staff was knowledgeable about what food was gluten free (all penne). They were very accommodating. The gluten free pasta serving size is 1/4 the size of the normal pasta serving size for the same price.

Unfortunately they were out of gluten free pasta and other options are very limited especially for a picky eater who just wanted Mac and cheese.

Currently they do not have GF pasta options. However staff were knowledgeable about GF & cross contamination. The caesar salad w/out croutons, with chicken or shrimp is very good. Grilled salmon with side of spinach instead or orzo a good option as well. The service was excellent.

As of 7/21/22, they did not have gluten free pasta as an option. Although the macaroni grill website appears to show gluten free pasta available, this location said they didn’t have any and offered no explanation.
