Review of Roma's Pizza

When I called to ask them how the gluten free pizza is prepared, they assured me that there is nothing to worry about since the oven gets hot enough to cook the gluten out..... To bad that's not possible or I would do it at home. Please make sure all staff is educated before eating there!!!
