The crust is so good it tastes not gf. Sauce is yummy too. However we’ve gotten pizza here twice and both times had issues with the staff… losing our order and not believing we had put in an order. For those reasons we won’t be back. They’re overworked and can’t keep up and don’t care about service.
The location we went to was wake Forest.
I ordered through doordash, so I'm not certain of in-store offerings. This pizza crust was phenomenal. The tomato sauce was a little sweeter than I like, but overall was a fantastic pizza!

I called to question how they are preparing gluten free they stated they take no precautions ENLESS you specify to use clean sauce and clean cutters otherwise it’s all the same UPDATE..they no longer have pizza crust only cauliflower crust
I am a full-blown celiac with horrible symptoms like nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, rashes, and acne breakouts. I ate here and had the gluten free pizza and it was AMAZING! The taste was phenomenal and I experienced no symptoms. Based on my personal experience I would recommend this place to any celiac with similar symptoms to mine.
The VERY BEST gluten free pizza I have ever had in my life. You could feed it to regular folks, and they would never know.
Both GF crust options are great but the caulicrust is by far my favorite. Eat here weekly, no issues.
Went in to order and explained my cross contamination worry with celiac’s. They were very understanding and kind! They said the would do their best and they did! Did not get sick.
