Food is good and made to order, service could improve.

We came for lunch and the place was quite full and although not making a reservation we could sit in immediately.

The waiter is friendly and attentive, however, his English language skills were limited. Although he was making great afford to be understood and we didn’t experience any misunderstandings, I felt a bit insecure when I was talking to him about my dietary requirements. I had a translation with me as well, but an anxious feeling persisted.

The food was good, however, one of our group had to wait for his dish after everyone else had already been served. The waiter apologized several times, yet it shouldn’t happen or at least a compensatory side dish could be offered/served to make up for the waiting time.

The wine and oils are very good and one can by these in a small shop next to the restaurant.

Overall the meals were good and satisfactory and we enjoyed our stay.
