Asymptomatic celiac here. I ordered the brisket based on other reviews because the gentleman behind the counter has no idea about what was gluten free (we went the day after Christmas...). I guess it just depends on who is working regarding GF knowledge.
That said, it was absolutely delicious brisket!! As were the sides. All the gluten-eating people in my party were very happy with my restaurant choice. Highly recommend based on flavor.
However, this guy used the same chopping board for all of the meats (I have no idea whether or not the chicken/turkey use glutened broth).
I did ask him to change his gloves since he was making sandwiches for others in my party, and he was happy to.
I chose potato salad and cole slaw as my 2 sides. The sauces didn't feel gritty with flour, but no idea if there were hidden ingredients.

No gluten in brisket, and they don’t cut any bread with the knives or cutting board used for the meat. They changed gloves as soon as we mentioned gluten issues. Super nice and knowledgeable… would definitely go here again. Some of the sides are GF as well, but my celiac child didn’t try any sides.
