Ordered a gluten-free breakfast in our holiday home. Called them in advance to inform whether they could provide 100% gluten-free and no contamination. They assured me they could. Upon arriving, there was a note that ‘100% was a little difficult for them, but they tried their best.’ Too bad for them that I get sick from only ‘their best’. Don’t promise 100% gluten-free if you cannot live upto it!
