Review of Roost

I ordered the Avocado chicken salad on gf bread and a side of fruit. I did ask that they not toast the bread and change gloves prior to my order. Unfortunately, they did toast the bread so I chose to forego the actual sandwich and waited to eat when I arrived home so I could make it into a salad. (I didn't want it toasted in case they used the same toaster for the wheat bread) It's been over an hour and typically if I'm going to react, its usually within 30 min. If I do react I'll come back on and let you know. They do have a gf menu of sorts on the wall showing which chicken, tuna, and egg salads are gf, keto, etc.
