Review of Rooster Co.

Greeter wasn't knowledgeable about gluten, but didn't pretend to be and wrote down my questions (are the fries in a dedicated dryer? No) to go ask about. No items labeled as GF on the menu, but they have gluten free bread.

Food was delicious, it took over 20 mins for my to-go sandwich to come out, which was frustrating because I was in a rush and while true GF items can take longer to prepare, I kept being told "your sandwich will be RIGHT out". Bartender was really nice.
