Review of Rooster's Wood-fired Kitchen - Southpark

lots of local, healthy options to choose from. i had roasted chicken, roasted beets, and potatoes au gratin. all were delicious. we did have really slow service, they seemed understaffed. my friends say they usually get great service here, though.
