Welcome to Rooted3! We specialize in feel good food that is gluten free, free of the top 9 allergens, and organic. Our emphasis is on whole foods, with a create your own bowl menu, that lends itself to countless options each day! Or, chose from our list of 7 Chef curated bowls, each with their own unique flavor. We also have cauliflower bites with your choice of hot buffalo sauce or our tangy bbq sauce - all made in house. Our sides also include air fried french fries with your choice of seasoning, from parsley garlic, to Chesapeake Bay or Cajun. The smoothie menu is California style, thick, made from 100% organic fruit, and picture worthy! For beverages, we offer our house made spritzers, with choices such as strawberry mint or blackberry jalapeño. Because we are always interested in the latest and best gluten free products, we also have a retail area, with a curated selection of our favorite gluten free pantry staples, drinks, and snacks. Tried out Rooted3,for the first time. Fantastic experience. Food is fresh, tasty, and all vegan and gluten free. We especially liked the waffles which are served on weekends for brunch.

Very tasty, and safe for celiacs. Free of top 9 allergens too. Plus, they have a shop area where you can buy GF/vegan snacks, yum! FYI, it’s a bit pricey, and parking can be difficult (I recommend parking in a garage). Well worth a visit if you are GF!

Fantastic food and wonderful people. Bowls are delicious, I made my own and there are many options including 5 kinds of delicious “fritters.” Smoothies were also terrific - and healthy, no added sugar. Everything organic, vegan, and gluten free (and free of other allergens too). They also have lots of Gf packaged snacks and frozen products, some new things I hadn’t seen anywhere else. Really hope they expand to my neck of the woods!
