Review of Roots Coastal Kitchen

Roots Coastal Kitchen is the sit-down restaurant. There is also Roots To-Go carryout. The menus are almost the same, but the to-go option does not offer certain things (steak, ribs, for example.) In terms of GF, I was well taken care of by the staff. They have gluten free buns for the burgers. Staff are polite and knowledgeable. I had the burger and fries (not a dedicated fryer) and both were tasty. I also had the ribs another evening and found them a bit on the sweet side and needed more time to render the fat, but they were still yummy and no issues with gluten.
