Chef knows what I can have and what I cannot have. Friendly service and delicious fresh fish. No reaction and I felt safe.

The chef told us that they have a small kitchen and they cook with flour. They have GF ingredients and dishes with gluten-free ingredients, but he is pretty sure that flour is in the air and he can’t promise anything for the most sensitive.
I saw the kitchen, it is really small.
He also warned that even the hotels in Malta aren’t truly on top of cross-contamination and to be careful.
I appreciate his knowledge and conscientiousness, but it was disappointing, particularly given pervious reviews to the contrary.
