great staff, good pizza, no dedicated work space but the staff would probably do what you tell them to (wear gloves, clean the space, user a paper to prepare on, etc.) I'm not celiac.

Pizza is personal 10" size. No dedicated space to prepare so chance of cross contamination likely. Pizza itself is very good but not worth the risk
