I ordered the shrimp ramen. They might as well not offer the gluten free options, it was well worse than what I could have made at home.... the noodles were thin, very thin...and hard..im still very baffled someone who opened a restaurant was okay serving this

They are very knowledgeable. Tell them if you have Celiac disease. They will work with you. All their soy sauce is GF, and they have quite a few options. Plus it tastes great. I had the steak Ramen and it was delicious and the portions are large.
