Menu was clearly labeled “GF”, and the server knew exactly what we needed and confirmed both on the order ticket and then personally that the kitchen understood the celiac/allergy focus for our food. Everything was tasty.
Also witnessed interaction of the manager (I think) explain apologetically for a customer’s food being delivered late to the table; explained there was a mistake in the kitchen and would not charge the customer for the food because of the delay—incredible service!
