My daughter (age 8 with celiac) loves this place. I spoke with the mgr who said the fryer for chips is dedicated GF and much of menu can be prepared GF.
Our server nodded but did not give me a great deal of comfort.
Sure enough we tested the corn tortilla quesadilla on our Nima and it showed gluten contents. Chef made again, this time in a separate pan — guess what? Still gluten. She didn’t eat it. Went home and tested the Mission certified GF tortilla (because we were in shock) and that was safe. Sadly, home is best :(((
