I had an arrachera steak with mashed potatoes. Was delicious and they were very clear on what was gluten free on the menu. They also know what Celiac was which helps. The music was great and the owner came by for a chat.

Rosa Sirenas is an Isla Mujeres gem! Almost entirely gluten free menu. Owner/Chef/House musician is very sympathetic to food allergies and extremely accommodating. I'm looking forward to going back to sample more of the menu.
