I have had celiac for over 10 years and this is the best gluten free pizza that I have had, and easily the best in the Triangle area. I drive about 45 minutes for it but it's totally worth it. I have eaten there about 10 times and have never had a reaction. The owner takes cross contamination seriously and has always been great about answering any questions that I have. Plus, they make a custom BBQ chicken pizza (my favorite pizza, which can be hard to find GF) that is awesome. I also think that the GF meat lasagna is delicious.

We are lucky to have Rosalini's in the Triangle area and I encourage you to try it, especially if you have a gluten allergy. It's worth the drive from Apex.

Never get sick. Celiac friendly. Just let them know it’s an allergy. Have traveled the country trying gluten free pizza in every state. This is tie for top two, and it’s just around the corner - bonus!

We have eaten here several times with no issues. The owner is very friendly and great to work with. We drive an hour just to go get safe and delicious gluten free, dairy free pizza. Our entire family is GF but I am extremely sensitive. I rarely ever eat out bc of it but I've safely eaten here many times.

I ordered three pies since I live an hour from this place, the white veggie, pizza margarita and a Hawaiian all gluten free. This place does not disappoint great pizza and great crust and must if your in the area.

Felt super safe eating the GF pizza, and pizza was delicious! Enjoyed some treats from their selection of JP’s pastries and bought some to bring home. Staff was knowledgeable and very friendly.

This was a great lunch experience. They can make so many things gluten free! We had the white veggie pizza and the garlic-Parmesan chicken wings. Both were delicious. I’m very confident that this place is careful to avoid cross contamination.

Finally took the time to drive to Rolesville to try their pizza, and it didn’t disappoint! They take their GF precautions seriously and the (very young) staff easily answered questions we had. We ordered a bacon cheeseburger pizza with their vegan cheese and it was great. Next time we’ll ask them to cook the pizza a little longer, but the crust was still tasty despite being a bit underdone to our liking.

We can’t wait to go back and try another type of pizza!

AMAZING!! So worth the trip even if you live an hour away!! Best gluten free pizza BY FAR! You can get gluten free pizza (of any size), pasta, garlic bread, lots of desserts, etc. Seriously amazing, thank you for all the gf options! The owner is so kind and has celiac himself. They are careful about cross contamination said no one (that they’ve heard of) has gotten sick. SERIOUSLY GO!! 🍕☺

They have the BEST gluten free pizza and subs around. I happily drive almost an hour to get a takeout order. The toasted turkey sub is magical. The owner is incredibly knowledgeable about celiac - it’s always very safe!

Their gluten free pizza is the best I have had. I ordered a pepperoni pizza, but plan to try other varieties next time. Though the restaurant is not totally gluten free, they have a separate preparation area and I had no issues.The ingredients were very well balanced and the service was wonderful. I ordered online and happened to arrive before the requested pick-up time. They brought it out to my car and thanked me for ordering.

The best GF pizza in the area, hands down! They make their own dough, so you can get any size GF pizza, and it’s delicious! They have vegan cheese also, if you’re dairy free. They go to great lengths to avoid cc. The owner is very nice and happy to answer questions about the precautions they take.

Rosalinis is a weekly staple for us! This is the best gluten free crust I have ever had and the toppings are top notch. They take every precaution and I feel very confident eating here as someone with Celiac

Voted best pizza in Wake county a few times, and I can see why. They do a really great job of minimizing cross contamination. I had the combo pizza, and it was amazing! Also, I didn't get sick. The manager told me that they also now have JP's Bakery desserts. Will definitely be back!

Absolutely delicious pizza! We had been warned to wait on GF pizza as we transitioned because it's so different from what we're used to and most places just serve some frozen pre made dough. We took a chance for my daughter's bday just 10 days GF. This pizza was a huge hit, kids ages 9, 7, 4 and 1 all gobbled it up. Dough is made fresh in house! We'll be back often!
