Nina, the chef, came out to talk to me and prepared chilaquiles without the chips and gave me blue corn tortillas instead. This place was delicious, cozy, and warm. Even more vegetarian options than show on the menu. Might come back tomorrow.

This was both a surprise and the best meal in Amsterdam. A small restaurant, book or arrive early. The selection of small sharing plates is wonderful. All gluten free.

Small and beautiful restaurant in a quiet street. The food is absolutely amazing and delicious. Everything is gluten free except 2 dishes. The crew is well versed in the gluten free demands. A must visit place! Make sure to reserve a table in advance!

Excellent food! The waitress was knowledgeable and the food was delicious. Every dish was gluten free, and options to use regular bread would just be left off. We loved it and will be back.

Everything was gluten-free except the bread. It is family style and you can see them making it in back, all fresh ingredients and wonderful. Make sure to get a reservation. It is a very small and fills up fast. They do allow dogs as long as they stay on the floor.
