Rosas has gluten free pasta and pizza. Their food is so delicious. The salad with their Italian dressing was good. I left with a happy tummy! They really take care with you food.
Good service, but gf isn't clearly marked, nor do they offer a separate menu. They have gf pasta and pizza dough. I reacted yo the pizza and my son reacted to the pasta. I think they use gf ingredients but cross contaminate in the kitchen.
GF pastas, all souces are gf, and even some desserts. The pizza is not celliac friendly but the pasta is.

This place serves some delicious food! This is what Italian food wants to be when it grows up. I had the gf penne with Alfredo sauce and broccoli. The waitress was knowledgeable about the options. The gluten free pasta was very well cooked and the broccoli was still a bit crunchy (perfect). The sauce was very flavorful. I would recommend this place any time! It should be noted that the gf pizza only comes in medium 14" so plan to share.
They let me bring my own gf bread and they made garlic cheese bread at no cost. I asked if the Alfredo sauce was gf and was assured it was. I ended up sick.
GF pizza was awesome!!! Tried the GF pasta also, they use corn flour fusilli. I ordered it with meat sauce. Yum!
