From their “GF” menu: “We do everything we can to prevent cross contamination in our kitchen, however, some dishes listed here – whilst not containing any gluten in their ingredients – are cooked in our woks and fryers. Whilst our fryers are cleaned and filled with fresh oil regularly, they will have also been used to cook products containing gluten. Some dishes contain ingredients that our suppliers cannot guarantee contain no traces of gluten in their production environment. If you suffer with coeliac disease or if this level of cross contamination may affect you, please let us know and we’ll do our best to make recommendations and accommodate you.
