I have had two separate bad experiences here. One time for a pre booked afternoon tea they did not have any gf cakes available. I was really upset as it was a special occasion and had booked it and checked they would have cake. I was even told by the person on the phone that they always have a gf cake anyway. Clearly not the case as when we got there they didn't.. Another time I was given a gluten scone. My friend and I both ordered scones her normal me gf. When they came they were exactly the same. I asked lady to check as the gf ones do look different there. She checked and said no it definitely was. When eating I thought something was up it was not as crumbly as the gf one. Needless to say I was ill afterwards for a week.
