Got 2 street tacos with rice and beans. Very good and price is reasonable.

I come from a city that has many authentic Mexican restaurants and have learned they are often a safe zone for people who can't eat gluten. The fact that corn is standard in many Mexican offerings helps.
The selection was very good and overall I enjoyed my meal. It was no frills but that's what Mexican street food is all about, don't go thinking it's a five star fancy experience. Presentation was very authentic to that.
With that being said I was dissapointed with the actual corn based shells. They were extremely oily and has a weird texture, both damp and dry somehow. I've eaten at many authentic Mexican taco trucks, stands and restaurants and it just doesn't hold up. I'd say it's the best taco in Ptown and the hours and price are great for the area but it's not worth traveling for.
I had met someone who was severely celiac and is very picky about safety and he ate their , I ran into him there. In fact he partner doesn't even like Mexican food and they went somewhere else after for the partner... So that says a lot to me that they would go so far out of their way because it was safe.

My daughter has both dairy & gluten allergies. She ordered one carne asada & one chicken taco. Not only were they very accommodating, the food was served quickly & with amazing quality. Apparently new to Provincetown, a huge thumbs up for those of you like us who love Mexican!
