The waitress was knowledgeable of the gluten free options and let the kitchen know that it was a gluten free meal. Everything was delicious! I got the beef enchiladas and the vegetarian beans and rice.

Up front, I am not usually concerned with cross contamination so if that is if concern for you this may or may not be the place for you. Like any typical Mexican restaurant sticking with corn based options, which there are a lot of, should cover you.

Upon arrival we informed waiter our kids were celiac and asked if chips were fried in dedicated fryer. He said yes only to come back a minute later and said no. He also said salsa wasn't GF (which I don't understand how that could be). He did offer our kids baked chips which were stale and tasteless. Our kids ordered beef and cheese plain nachos with baked chips. When it came out we asked the waiter to verify if the nachos were indeed done with baked chips and he said yea I think so?! Not confident in this place at all and wouldn't recommend.

Loved Rosie’s for years until celiac. The staff was not very knowledgeable about celiac or what gluten was exactly. Waiter made an attempt to assure me of the chips and salsa, which were safe, but when I asked about a specific dish, the waiter looked confused and told me it was fine and he didn’t seem to understand the issue of cross contamination or gluten in spices or as thickening agents. I still decided to trust him in the moment since he was right the first time but regrettably made a poor judgement call.
